The Juneau School District has confirmed that students were served a chemical rather than milk at Glacier Valley Elementary School on Tuesday.
The Juneau School Board has moved to rename Riverbend Elementary to Kax̱digoowú Héen, or “Going Back to Clear Water", a Tlingit name gifted to the school.
