Scouting for Food

• Juneau area Scouts and Cub Scouts will be doing their annual Scouting For Food Drive the week of April 10th to the 17th.
• Bags and flyers will be distributed to homes sometime between April 10th and April 16th depending on which scout unit is doing the area.
  • Juneau – Scout Troop 11
  • Douglas – Cub Scout Pack 10
  • Mountain View - Crew 6
  • Mendenhall Valley- Troop 6, Troop 700, Cub Scout Pack 7
  • Auke Bay – Cub Scout Pack 6
• Food pickup will be on April 17th beginning at 10:00 am. So please have any non-perishable food donations out for pickup by 10:00.
• Food collected in the drive will be delivered to the Southeast Alaska Food Bank, Resurrection Luther Church Food Bank, and Douglas Methodist Church Food Banks.
• In the past, we have collected between 4,000 to 9,000 lbs of food
