Weekend COVID cases reported from CBJ

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The City and Borough of Juneau is reporting seven new residents identified with COVID-19 for March 27-30.

    Two cases are attributed to community spread, two to secondary transmission, and three are under investigation.

    There are 11 active cases in Juneau but all individuals with active cases of COVID-19 are in isolation.

    Statewide, there were 649 new people identified with COVID-19 over the past four days.

    619 are residents and 30 are nonresidents.
