Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - Peter Kozeroff, 41, and Gregory Kozeroff, 42, were indicted on charges of assault in the first degree and assault in the second degree for allegedly stabbing a 44-year-old male at his home on May 9.
The 44-year-old male victim was found inside his residence and unresponsive and was transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital for treatment.
Police said the incident occurred in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.
The two suspects were also located in the residence when Juneau Police arrived.
Police said Gregory Kozeroff got into a verbal argument with the man and the three men then got into a physical altercation.
Alcohol was said to be a factor.
The victim suffered a fracture to his orbital bones, three stab wounds, and a punctured lung.
The indictment alleged a dangerous instrument was used during the assault.
