Troopers chase down wanted man

Ketchikan, Alaska (KINY) - Nicholas Daniels, 38, faces charges of failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer in the second degree and driving with a revoked license after he led Alaska State Troopers on a brief vehicle chase and foot chase Saturday night.

Troopers attempted to stop a vehicle being driven by Daniels near the intersection of Deermount Street and the South Tongass Highway.

Daniels was wanted on charges of failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer in the first degree and driving with a revoked license.

Troopers said Daniels did not stop and led them on a short chase.  He allegedly got out of the car and took off on foot.
