Wasilla Alaska (KINY) A confrontation led to the shooting at a Wasilla residence.
Alaska State Troopers said Jordan Flowers, 18, pointed a loaded pistol at another male and pulled the trigger striking the victim in the neck.
Troopers said Flowers will face murder and assault charges. He was remanded to the Mat-Su Pretrial facility and will be held without bail.
The investigation is ongoing.
