Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The Alaska Department of Health & Social Services reported 16 cases in Ketchikan and three cases in Juneau on Sunday.
The new cases included 271 in Anchorage, 32 in Wasilla, 24 in Kenai, 21 in Fairbanks, 19 in Soldotna and 17 in the Bethel Census Area.
All regions of the region are in high alert status.
Juneau has averaged 30.15 cases per 100,000, southern areas of Southeast Alaska 20.78 cases and northern areas of Southeast Alaska 11.52 cases per 100,000 over the past two weeks.
Additional cases were also reported in Sitka, Craig, the Ketchikan Gateway Borough, Metlakatla and Hoonah-Angoon-Yakutat.
The state reported 100 people are hospitalized with COVID-19 and seven are on ventilators.
The testing dashboard has been temporarily disabled while the data team troubleshoots a problem with the testing data. The state anticipates the website to be fixed early this week.
