Search Ended for Jazmin James

    Juneau, AK (KINY) - Search and Rescue efforts for Jazmin James, who was traveling via snowmachine from Nunapitchuk to Tununak on March 31st, have ended.

    According to Trooper dispatch reports, days of searching by air, boat, and ground have turned up no additional signs of the 26-year-old. James' information has been placed in the missing persons clearing house. Next of kin were notified of the situation.

    During a previous report, it was said that James had made it to Nightmute, where residents said that he was having track problems. The snowmachine was found later on the sea ice near rocky point.
