Saxman, Alaska (KINY) - Saxman Mayor Frank Seludo called for a voluntary hunker down order and other precautions after four people were hospitalized with the virus.

Seludo said Saxman has had many positive cases recently and the hospitalizations and that steps need to be taken.

"Let's slow down the spread of COVID-19 by taking some extra steps to stay healthy.  I'm asking our families to stay in their own homes and keep a safe distance from people not in your household," he added.
