Police shoot and kill man involved in domestic argument

    Wasilla, Alaska (KINY) The name of the victim is being withheld.

    Wasilla Police said they responded to a domestic violence call early Thursday and heard a disturbance inside.  Officers entered the home and were confronted by the armed suspect had was assaulting a family member.  Officers opened fire on the suspect, he was struck, and later died at the scene.

    The Department plans to release the names of the officers involved in the next 72 hours, per department policy.
