Plane crash claims five lives

    Bethel, Alaska (KINY) - Alaska State Troopers confirmed rescuers found the five bodies on a Yute Air commuter aircraft.

    The plane had been headed from Bethel to Kipnuk with one pilot and four passengers onboard when it was reported missing earlier today.

    Search crews located the wreckage just before 2 pm about 12 miles southwest of Tuntutliak,

    Troopers said they were in the process of notifying family members.

    The National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the crash.
