Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The attorneys for Mark De Simone made final preparations for his trial at a court hearing today.
De Simone, 54, will go on trial next week for allegedly killing Tony Rosales, 34, on a hunting trip to Juneau.
He appeared in court for a trial docket call this morning. He faces charges of first degree murder.
De Simone allegedly shot the Juneau jeweler twice in the head with a .41 magnum revolver on May 15th of 2016 on Excursion Inlet.
