Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - Three new resident cases of COVID-19 were reported in Juneau on Friday.
Two of the three are related to the Juneau School District--one at Thunder Mountain High School and another at Mendenhall River Community School. One classroom at MRCS will move to distance learning, while operations in other classrooms and at TMHS are continuing as normal. Contact tracing is being conducted.
Throughout the state, 116 cases of COVID were reported Friday--two of them non-residents.
