Juneau, AK (KINY) - The Kenneth Manzanares trial has been pushed back to November 2018, following discovery in the case.
The Utah man had supposedly killed his wife while aboard the Emerald Princess cruise ship. A witness claims to have seen Manzanares trying to throw the body of his wife overboard. It was recently stated that courts will not be seeking the death penalty.
The trial was originally scheduled for April 2018.
