Sitka, Alaska (KINY) - Khari Wade, 49, received 30 years with 15 years suspended plus 15 years probation for a charge of exploitation of a minor.
The seasonal worker was accused of taking nude videos of children in Sitka during 2017.
He was indicted for allegedly taking an inappropriate video of a child inside the boy's locker room at a school pool.
A press release from the Department of Law said Wade admitted to recording a cell phone video of the minor and that he had taken videos of multiple different nude minors on August 26, 2017.
Authorities said they found videos of children on his cell phone.
Wade also was allegedly spotted handing out money to kids at a local theatre.
Wade was convicted of exploitation of a minor. 10 charges were dismissed in the case. They included tampering with physical evidence, indecent viewing or photographing without consent and several counts of exploitation of a minor, a Class B felony in Alaska.
Prosecutor Chris Darnall said Wade is ineligible for discretionary parole.
He said his defense counsel stated at the sentence hearing that Wade had fairly significant medical issues.
Sitka Police and Anchorage Police investigated the case.
