Ketchikan Man Arrested after Assualting Family Member with his Vehicle

    Juneau, AK (KINY) - According to Trooper Dispatch reports, a man has been arrested for purposefully crashing his vehicle head-on into a family member's vehicle and putting them in fear of being hurt.

    The investigation into a disturbance at mile 12 of the North Tongass Highway led troopers to 53-year-old Kenneth Reese who had assaulted a family member with his vehicle. Substantial damage was caused in the attack, resulting in about $1000 of damage.

    Reese fled the scene but later returned while troopers were investigating. He was arrested and remanded to the Ketchikan Correctional Center without bail.
