Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The National Weather Service in Juneau predicts between two and six inches of snow in Juneau, Haines and Skagway between noon today and Thursday morning.
The worst weather conditions could be experienced during the evening commute today, forecasters said.
Juneau is expected to see slippery roads that will make travel difficult.
Downtown could see 2.2 inches, the valley 5.8 inches, Juneau International Airport 2.5 inches, Eaglecrest Ski area five inches and less than an inch out the road.
