Juneau reaches 30 cases of COVID-19

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - Juneau added one case and Alaska added four cases of COVID-19 on Sunday.

    The state total is now 396 cases.   344 people have recovered and 42 cases remain active.  There are currently 13 people hospitalized.

    The daily report from the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services showed 43 people have been hospitalized and 10 people have died during the pandemic.

    Anchorage has the most cases with 203.  The Kenai Peninsula Borough has 26 cases, the Fairbanks North Star Borough 85, the Matanuska-Susitna Borough 21, Juneau 30, and Ketchikan 16.
