Willow, Alaska (KINY) Alaska State Troopers said Alan Gordon, 34, of Juneau fell asleep at the wheel.
A dispatch from Troopers said they responded to a single vehicle rollover accident at mile 87 on the Parks Highway in Willow. They learned Gordon was driving a 2018 Chevrolet SUV, fell asleep, and the vehicle crossed the center line and crashed into the woods.
Troopers said a female passenger was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment. Troopers said both occupants wore seat belts.
