Juneau man headed to prison

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - Amoni Serugo Boaz, 32, pled guilty to a charge of indecent viewing of photographs.

    The court dismissed eight charges in the case.  They included sexual abuse in the second degree and sexual abuse in the third-degree charges.

    Boaz was sentenced to four years in prison and was ordered to undergo a behavioral health assessment and follow recommendations.  They could include sex offender and alcohol treatment.

    Boaz pled guilty after his July trial ended in a hung jury.
