Juneau man arrested and jailed on outstanding warrant

Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - An outstanding Alaska State Trooper warrant led to Juneau Police arresting 60 year old Samuel Johnson III and taking him to jail.

The warrant was issued after Johnson failed to appear for arraignment on the original charges of two counts of assault in the third degree; two counts of burglary in the first; and violating conditions of release.

Johnson was arrested late Wednesday night in the 700 block of Willoughby Avenue and transported to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
