FY 20 report for Alaska's nest egg released

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation reported a return of 2 point 01 percent for Fiscal Year 2020.

    According to a corporation press release, the return is four basis points below its primary benchmark report.

    As of the end of the fiscal year June 30, the fund was valued at $64.7 Billion.

    The corporation's CEO, Angela Rodell said in a release that they are pleased to see their returns end in positive territory.  She thinks it highlights just how important it is to maintain discipline in volatile times.
