Drug seizure in Sitka leads to four arrests

    Sitka, Alaska (KINY) - Sitka Police Department officers recently conducted an investigation on a residence in Sitka regarding drug distribution.

    A search warrant executed on the residence revealed approximately 18 grams of methamphetamine (street value $1,800), approximately 852 fentanyl pills (street value $42,600), and other items indicative of drug distribution.

    Everett, WA resident, 42-year-old Jenny M Lounsbury, was arrested on one felony count of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and one felony count of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree.

    38-year-old Sheena M Vaughn was arrested on one felony count of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree and one count of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree.

    25-year-old Charline R Skultka was arrested on one count of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree.

    54-year-old Donald R Kubik was arrested on a bench warrant.

    Lounsbury is being held on a $22,500 bail and Vaughn is being held on a $30,000 bail.

    Skultka was released on her own recognizance and Kubik posted bail for his warrant.
