DHSS reports 4 new COVID-19 cases statewide

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The daily report from the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services found the state added four new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday morning.

    That means a total of 434 cumulative cases, with 368 recovered.

    The cases are in four Alaska communities – Anchorage (1), Wasilla (1), Homer (1), and the Kenai Peninsula Borough (1).

    There are 19 non-resident cases that are not counted toward Alaska's total.

    Southeast Alaska remains at 57 cases.
