Juneau, Alaska (KINY) Jury selection was put off a couple days in the murder trial of Mark De Simone, 54, who stands accused of the murder of a Juneau businessman, Tony Rosales.
Prosecutor Amy Paige said jury selection is tentatively scheduled to start Wednesday. If that happens, opening statements and testimony would like start either Thursday afternoon or Friday morning.
De Simone, a former Arizona legislator, allegedly shot Rosales twice in the back of the head during a hunting trip in May, 2016 on Excursion Inlet.
Alaska State Troopers investigated the case.
