Cotten Pleads Guilty to Drug Charges

    Juneau, AK (KINY) - Former Bergman motel manager Charles Cotten Jr. pled guilty to four drug charges this afternoon. 

    "Guilty on all counts your honor " he told the court. He faces 10 years in prison and 10 years probation.

    Juneau police say he possessed 400 grams of methamphetamine.  He was also charged with selling 112 grams of methamphetamine in May and June of last year.  He will also forfeit a Harley Davidson motorcycle. Prosecutors say the transactions were audio recorded. Police also seized a 45 caliber pistol.

    His son Rick Lisk pled guilty to methamphetamine charges earlier this year and faces sentencing in October; he faces between five and 40 years behind bars.
