Chilling jobs report expected Friday

Washington, DC (ABC) - The White House is not sugar coating a new report that showed the loss of over 20-million in private sector jobs in April.

President Donald Trump continued to push for a return to more normal economic functions.

The payroll processing company ADP released a report Wednesday.  The U.S. Department of Labor releases the April unemployment report on Friday.

Chairman of the White House Council of Economic Advisors Kevin Hassett said this is the biggest shock that our economy has ever seen.

Hassett said the situation could have been much worse without the federal government's stimulus program that offers loans to small businesses.
