CBJ Parks & Rec set up 'Joke of the Day' hotline

Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The City & Borough of Juneau has set up a "Joke of the Day" hotline that is updated daily by volunteers.

The Parks & Rec hotline, which was set up Tuesday, can be accessed by calling 586-0428.

Callers will be able to hear a new joke every day of the week. The hotline is updated by 10 a.m. daily by one of the department's volunteers. 

If you have a funny joke, the CBJ wants to hear it. Submit your joke to Parks.Rec@juneau.org and maybe you will hear it on the hotline. 

If the submission comes from a child, please include the first name and age to be included in the recording.
