CBJ finds new public works director

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) The CBJ has found a successor to their retiring Public Works Director.

    Mike Vigue will also be engineering department director for the CBJ.  Current director Roger Healy retires at the end of this month.  Vigue had been Division of Program Development Director for the Alaska Department of Transportation.  In this role, he served on DOT’s Executive Team, develops the department’s annual capital budget and oversees a team of 75. Vigue has held other positions within DOT as well as the Federal Highway Administration in Alaska and Maine.
    Vigue’s first day as CBJ Public Works & Engineering Department Director is April 30.
