Botelho to address Juneau Chamber on why a constitutional convention is a bad idea

Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The Juneau Chamber of Commerce will hear from former State Attorney General and Juneau Mayor Bruce Botelho during its program over the Noon hour Thursday.

The subject is a constitutional convention that Botelho opposes.  Chamber President Wayne Jensen said on Action Line that Botelho is working with a statewide organization formed to oppose the call for a convention.

The ZOOM meeting gets underway at noon.  People can register at juneauchamber.com

After this meeting, the chamber will return to in-person meetings next week.  They will hear from University of Alaska President Pat Pitney then.
