Back to jail for a Ketchikan man

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - A Ketchikan man was arrested Tuesday night on a warrant for failing to file 80 hours of community work service as ordered in lieu of jail time.

    A dispatch from Alaska State Troopers says 55-year-old Cory Uttke was also charged with possession of methamphetamine.  

    The court ordered the community work service as part of the disposition of the original charges which included misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fifth degree and misconduct involving a weapon in the fifth degree.

    Uttke was jailed on no bail.
