Avista and Hydro One Issue Response to Public Comment

    In a 444 page document, the two companies argue their case that the proposed transfer will not negatively impact Juneau residents.

    Hydro One and Avista have submitted a joint statement to the Regulatory Commission of Alaska in response to concerns raised by Juneau citizens and lawmakers. This came the morning after the City and Borough of Juneau moved to intervene in the transfer of Avista, in order to ensure that Juneau ratepayer interests are maintained.
