Argument involves axe, rifle

    Emmonak, Alaska (KINY) Alaska State Troopers say no one was injured after an argument Monday.

    Troopers went on to report that they received a report of a man threatening people with an axe in Emmonak.  Gunner Gregory, 25, was found outside the home armed with a rifle.  Troopers were able to get the man to drop the weapon peaceably.  The investigation found that Mr. Gregory had also picked up an axe during the argument.  Alcohol was said to be a factor in the incident.

    Mr. Gregory was remanded to the Emmonak Police Department to await arraignment on charges of third degree assault and misconduct involving weapons in the fourth degree.
