"I've been skate boarding in Juneau for over 30 years. I was a part of raising money for the skate park, and have built the Pipeline with my own hands. Alaska has the Largest Suicide rate in America. I find the Ban, racial and unjust. To simply Ban Skateboarding in Juneau, is Racial Profiling, and an attack on Alaskan Liberties. If the CBJ is going to Ban one sport, they should Ban all sports to be fair. No Bikes, No Scooters, No Roller skates. To simply go after skate boarding is selective enforcement, and would be subjugated to public outcry from the Juneau community.

People live here in Alaska to get away from the lower 48 NWO politics, maybe this story would be a reminder to locals who are trying to Ban Snow machines on trails. A certain sport should never be more important then another persons enjoyment of Alaska. Stop Banning Out Door sports that can save someone from Suicidal Tendencies, and start encouraging self expression. Let them Ride."
