Prediabetes Education Class

Pre-diabetes is a condition present in the majority of people before developing type 2 diabetes. People with pre-diabetes can prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes. This class gives participants information about prediabetes and strategies to reverse pre-diabetes in order to avoid developing Type 2 diabetes. Though aimed at people diagnosed with pre-diabetes, this class is open to anyone wanting information to avoid diabetes and improve their health.

There is no cost for 1.5 hours of instruction.
