Traffic stop nabs two arrests on outstanding warrants

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - A traffic stop just after midnight Sunday morning netted Juneau Police two arrests.

    A police bulletin says 57-year-old Patrick Lee Elisoff was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was additionally charged with refusal to submit to a chemical test and driving with a revoked license.

    Elisoff was also arrested on two warrants.  One was a no bail state bench warrant for failure to report for electronic monitoring and a no-bail JPD warrant on the same charge.

    A passenger in the vehicle, 46-year-old Pauline Stephanie Guanzon was arrested on a $100 JPD warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the original charge of driving while intoxicated.

    They were both jailed at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
