Shotgun, booze land man in jail

Ketchikan, Alaska (KINY) Alaska State Troopers said a neighbor was put in fear by a man armed with a shotgun Tuesday night.

Darrin Kuhn, 48, was charged with assault in the third degree and two counts of misconduct involving a weapon in the fourth degree.

A dispatch from Troopers stated they received a report of an intoxicated person with a shotgun at a residence in the 500 block of D-2 Loop Road.  They went on to report that Kuhn possessed the shotgun while impaired, and confronted a neighbor, putting them in fear of being hurt.

Kuhn was taken to the Ketchikan Correctional Center and held without bond.
