Man tased in courtroom struggle

    Anchorage, Alaska (KINY) A man defied a judge's order to leave the courtroom and allegedly got into a struggle with officers.

    A dispatch from Alaska State Troopers said David Haeg, 51, of Kenai was charged with disorderly conduct after he refused to leave the Nesbett courtroom in Anchorage at 12:30 pm Monday.  The dispatch also reported that several people had been ordered out of the courtroom by the judge.  After multiple attempts to get Mr. Haeg to comply, Troopers and Court Services Officers arrested him after a brief struggle.
     
    The Anchorage Police Department assisted Troopers with crowd control at the courthouse.
