Man injures leg on trail

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - Capital City Fire Rescue responded to another trail rescue this one on the Mount Jumbo Trail.

    Assistant Fire Chief Chad Cameron said the call came in just before 4 pm that a hiker had possibly broken his leg during a fall on the trail.

    Cameron said the CCFR special rope team responded to the area and was able to reach the man.  He refused transport to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

    The operation took over two hours.
