Ketchikan, Alaska (KINY) Andrew Hanson, 33, was charged with stealing a 1997 Subaru Legacy on January 25.
A Ketchikan grand jury indicted Hanson on charges of vehicle theft in the first degree and two counts of failure to stop at the direction of a police officer Thursday.
In another indictment, William Jordan, 32, was indicted on two charges of assault in the third degree and criminal mischief in the fifth degree.
Jordan is alleged to have assaulted a male and a female on January 22 using a knife. He also allegedly damaged someone's personal property causing less than $250 in damage.
The cases were presented by Assistant District Attorney Kristian Pickrell.
