He said JPD patrol cars were never involved in the pursuit.
[The vehicle ultimately came to a stop on Fish Creek Road where the driver and passenger surrendered. The pursuit lasted approximately 20 minutes and covered a distance of approximately 20 miles.
The driver was identified as Shaun Williams, 49, of Juneau. The Trooper involved placed Williams under arrest for Felony Eluding, Vehicle Theft In The 1st Degree, and Reckless Endangerment.
