Grand jury returns indictments

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) A Juneau grand jury returned indictments on five suspects today.

    Travis Johnson, 35 on charges of second degree theft.  He allegedly stole a laser level out of the Senate Building
    on February 14th.

    Robert Paul, 38 was indicted on second degree assault charges.  He allegedly cut his girlfriend in the leg with a knife during
    an argument on March 20th.

    Alauni Iputi 45, was indicted on charges of first degree assault and second degree assault.  He allegedly struck a man in the head with a bottle causing severe eye injuries.  Juneau police said the victim could lose his eye and faced surgery after the incident March 25th.

    Stephen Haseltine, 33 and Gabriel Falzarano, 36 were charged with second degree theft.  They allegedly tried to steal a
    new snow plow valued at $7,500 and a trailer, worth $1,500 on Anka Street on March 10th.
