Grand jury indicts two

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) A burglary at a local motel and a recent stabbing were reviewed by a Juneau grand jury this week.

    The grand jury indicted Jennifer Plummer, 39, on first degree burglary charges.   The charging document from the Juneau Police Department said Plummer and another suspect stole a camera, clothing, and other items from the hotel room on January 6th.

    The grand jury also indicted Lucas Schneider, 39, on charges of first degree assault and second degree assault.  Mr. Schneider is accused of stabbing Christopher Wolfe on January 4th at Mendenhall Apartments.  The charging document claimed the victim suffered wounds to the left side of his lower back nad a wound to his neck.  He was treated at Bartlett Regional Hospital and later released.  Juneau Police said alcohol was a factor in the incident.  The stabbing was the result of an argument between the two men.  The report said two adults and a two year old child witnessed the attack.
