Burglaries net guns and gold

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) A large number of guns and gold were stolen in burglaries to businesses and residences during February, Juneau Police reported.

    If you have purchased a firearm or gold nuggets in the past month from someone you don’t know, or you suspect that the item you bought may be stolen, please call the Juneau Police Department and provide a description.

    If you know of someone selling firearms and/or gold nuggets and you believe those items are stolen, please call the Juneau Police Department.

    Anyone with information is encouraged to log on to the Juneau Crime Line Web site to report their tip. You may also call Juneau Crime Line at 907-523-7700 or JPD at 907-586-0600. You may be eligible for a reward.
