NAMI Basics

Multiple dates from Thursday, October 11th to Thursday, November 15th

    Event Summary

NAMI Basics is for any parent, guardian, or family caregiver who wants to better understand and support their child or teen who is experiencing emotional or behavioral health challenges, with or without a diagnosis. Our facilitators are parents who had a child experiencing behavioral health challenges before the age of 16. A licensed childcare provider will be onsite, and you can note your childcare needs on the registration form. Dinner is included, and we do our best to accommodate food sensitivities and keep meals healthy. While the course is offered free of charge, we ask participants to commit to the full course (not missing more than 2 classes) which takes place once a week for six consecutive weeks.
